How we use your data

Why we receive your data

To prepare the report you asked for, send it to you by email and answer your questions about it. If you ticked the box for it, we also send you 3 follow-up emails over 14 days. Each one contains a link to stop receiving them.

What we receive

• Your first name and your email address.
• Your answers to the form: your profile (brand, reseller or other), your advertising spend range, your marketplaces and, depending on the tool, your revenue (online or on Amazon), your answers to the DSP diagnostic and your answer to the question “Where does your brand stand on Amazon?”.
• What you give us for the capture: the link to your listing, your brand, your searches.
• The capture of Amazon's public pages made for your report.
• Your IP address, to limit the number of analyses per day and block abuse, and the campaign parameters in the address of the page (source, medium, campaign).

We ask for no password and no access to your Amazon account.

Your file (tool “How much of your Amazon ad spend buys nothing?”)

The file you drop is read in your browser, on your computer. It is never sent. We only receive the results of the calculation: the totals, and the lists of flagged terms, with their campaign and their line in the file (20 terms per list at most), to send you the details.

How long we keep it

Your request, your answers and your report are kept for 90 days, then deleted. The link to your report stops working after that.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with any other company for commercial purposes. It is hosted by the technical providers that run the tool (website hosting, database, capture of Amazon pages), who process it on our behalf. The database of the tool is hosted in the European Union (Ireland). The capture provider only receives the link to the listing, the brand and the searches to capture.

Cookies, browser storage and audience measurement

The pages of the tools set no cookie.

We measure their traffic with Vercel Web Analytics, the measurement tool of our hosting provider, without cookies. It records the pages viewed, the site you come from, the campaign parameters in the address, the approximate location (country, region, city), the type of device and the browser, and these steps of the tools: answers to the questions of the tools page, tool started, tutorial opened, file read (successfully or not, and its format), result shown, request sent (and whether it matches our target), verdict of the DSP diagnostic, click to book a meeting. These measurements contain neither your name, nor your email address, nor the details of your answers, nor the figures of your reports. According to Vercel, they are linked neither to a person nor to an IP address, and the fingerprint that tells one visitor from another is erased after 24 hours. Report pages (/r/ link) and the administration are not measured.

If you tick “Remember me on this device” in a form, your first name, your email, your role, your advertising budget and your marketplaces are kept in your browser, on your device, for 90 days at most, so we do not ask for them again in the other tools. They are only sent to us with a new request. Your revenue and your consent to follow-up emails are never kept: you are asked for them each time. To erase everything: “Not you?” in the form, send a request with the box unticked, or clear this site's data in your browser.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time: write to contact@skyvision-agency.com, or simply reply to one of our emails. To stop receiving follow-up emails, use the link in each of them.
